Scope of Responsibility
We are not responsible for any damage or alterations to sod, landscaping, and/or unmarked private utilities. It is the client's responsibility to ensure these areas are adequately protected or marked prior to the commencement of our services.
Additional Costs for Rare Conditions
In the rare occurrence of encountering ledge or shell rock during our work, additional costs may be incurred. These costs will be communicated and agreed upon before proceeding with the necessary adjustments to the project.
Compliance with Codes
All services provided will strictly adhere to the National Code NFPA 54, 58, and all relevant Local Codes. This ensures the highest standards of safety and regulatory compliance in our work.
Warranty
We provide a 1-year warranty on all work and products, effective from the date of project completion. This warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials under normal use and conditions.
Estimate Validity
Any estimate from SHJ Gas is valid for a period of 14 days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, we reserve the right to revise the estimate based on current material costs and other relevant factors.
Payment Terms
- A 30% deposit is required to initiate the project.
- The remaining balance is due under Net 30 payment terms.
- Failure to adhere to these payment terms may result in additional fees.
Inflation Adjustment Clause
The dollar amounts indicated in this proposal are subject to adjustment for inflation based on the Consumer Price Index for metals and metal products. This adjustment commences from the date the proposal is signed and continues for the duration of the agreement.
Approval for Additional Work
Any additional work requested by the Builder or Client will require a confirmation signature from a designated representative. This signature is an acknowledgment of the additional costs and approval to proceed with the extra work.
Late Payment Penalties
Consistent with our payment terms, additional fees will be assessed for late payments under the Net 30 arrangement.
